PM for the product at the heart of the platform.

Flodesk is an email marketing platform built for creators and small businesses — known for its beautiful templates and ease of use. I joined as Product Manager for the core email builder, serving 490K+ monthly active users.

My role was explicitly product management — owning the roadmap, writing requirements, running user research, and shipping features. I worked closely with Flodesk's PMM and Product Education Manager to help shape how the integration was positioned and communicated. Product decisions were mine; the story was a collaboration.

Flodesk users were already living in Canva.

Creators were designing assets in Canva then manually exporting and re-uploading into their emails. A native Canva integration inside the email builder would close that loop entirely — letting users design and insert assets without ever leaving Flodesk.

Led landscape analysis informing roadmap workshops with founders and department heads — directly influencing the email builder direction.

Partnered with user research to run testing sessions on integration UX, integrating insights into rapid iteration cycles.

Wrote the PRD, defined the integration flow, and led cross-functional alignment throughout. Owned the feature end-to-end.

Used Amplitude to design, monitor, and optimize in-app banner experiments for the GTM campaign — rapidly iterating on CTR and engagement data.
