I am a Product Manager & ​Freelance Designer based in ​San Francisco, CA.






  • Born in Medellin, Colombia. At age 7, my family and I moved to ​Miami, Florida. I am fully fluent in English, Spanish and currently ​learning French!


  • Leveraging 5 years of start-up experience in the digital media​ and gamification space, I'm a passionate Product Manager who ​thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategy.


  • My Bachelor of Science in Information & Communication ​Technology (ICT) from Florida State University & Senior Product ​Manager certification from Product School have provided me ​with the technical foundation and strategic thinking for building ​innovative solutions.

Challenge: In an effort to protect the end-user’s privacy, a boutique ​staffing firm serving high-net-worth clients has struggled with ​inefficient, manual onboarding processes for pre-screened ​candidates.


Solution: To reduce operational costs, the Co-founder & CTO ​developed an encrypted in-house database to safeguard sensitive ​candidate information, such as IDs & social security data.


I am now designing a streamlined “complete your package”​ experience for end-users to safely upload and update all required​ documents into the database. This solution enhances doc​ument collection & management while preserving Seaside’s whi​te-glove service experience to all its users.

Challenge: Connecting with the Wayuu people, a Colombian ​indigenous group known for their one-of-a-kind handwoven ​textiles, ignited a passion in my family to give back to their tribe.


Faced with immense poverty and limited market access, we ​partnered with community leaders to gather insights and develop a ​brand that authentically represents their heritage while appealing ​to the American consumer.


Solution: Developed & designed branding for "Terra Sol Collective”, ​inspired by the elements of the Colombian Andes and the native ​essence of the Wayuu people.

  • Increased user spending by 40% through the development of ​Speed Tipping, a gamified live stream feature that significantly ​boosted user engagement and contributed to the company's ​acquisition that took place in June 2023.
  • Streamlined User Onboarding: Reduced creator onboarding ​steps by half resulting in a 50% increase in new signups and ​completed profiles.
  • Developed Portal.to; a landing page solution for creators to ​share & monetize content seamlessly across platforms.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration: Managed product ​requirements documentation (PRDs) and developed product ​marketing & GTM collateral.
  • Championed user feedback loops: Leveraged data to ​continuously refine product experiences and go-to-market ​strategies.

















pASSION PROJECT

Improving the online-​recipe experience with ​Yum!








  • Product Concept & Design: Developed the concept and MVP ​for Yum!, a product designed with the goal to enhance today’s ​online-recipe experience.
  • Independent Exploration: Independently pursuing Yum! to ​further refine the product and build my PM & UXR skills. ​Currently collaborating with a senior software developer to ​explore feasibility and gather user insights.
  • Product School Final Presentation: Presented Yum! as my final ​presentation - receiving praise for its potential to revolutionize ​online grocery marketplaces while empowering users of all skill ​levels to embrace home cooking.
